Water Fast Breakfast.

Well, what did you expect to find here?  If you’re really going to do this then…

  • A pint of water
  • And then a nice cuppa tea with skimmed milk or lemon

Or you could start the day with a mug of boiled water with a squeeze of lemon.  It's not as bad as it sounds and I go through phases of having it instead of my first cuppa of the day.  It feels like it's doing me good.  Ha.

But, do note, it's not worth skipping breakfast if you're not actually fasting all day.  If you're going to skip a meal, skip lunch or supper.
