A quick post here from under the duvet.
The radio has just clicked to life. Zzzz.
Here comes a blissful thirty minutes of denial:
This half hour will last forever,
I’ll never have to drag myself out of sleep, out of bed and out of the house.
It’s not cold and dark outside.
I don’t have to go to work.
I don’t have to wake the children.
And I certainly don’t have to go for a run.
Who put that thought into my head?
It wasn’t me, here in bed, that’s for sure.
But, bugger, it niggles.
So am I going to make it?
How do people get out and exercise?
Run... or duvet?
