I've written this because I'm so surprised with what I've discovered about losing weight that I just had to tell someone. I've lost 4½ stone and I'm back into size 32 inch jeans.
I've found my diet groove. I know that sounds a bit 'Austin Powers' but it does seem to fit. Its an easy-going, free-wheeling kind of way to lose weight, which has its own kind of rhythm. I found that it built its own momentum and that has really helped me keep the weight off.

This is a new kind of diet...
As if we haven't got enough new diets. I know, I know. But what's new about the Diet Groove is that it's not so much about WHAT you eat, but HOW you eat. In fact you can probably use it with whatever diet is the No1. right now and it'll just make that diet work harder. The whole thing is designed to be really easy to stick to; a groove you get into. And because it's easy to stick to, your weight loss sticks too.
So you don't just to lose a few pounds for a few weeks, it actually works for good. Yes, that's a pretty big claim. But that's the point about being in a diet groove. It's easy because it's automatic. And because it's automatic, it works.
