No point having lots choice here.  Just get your roughage in the form of bran and have a little protein to take the edge off.  I’ll give you four choices.  And remember to start the day as you mean to go on; drinking water.

MAIN MEAL RECIPES: A DOZEN CLASSIC FAST OR BURN MEALS

Here are twelve classic Fast meals (that, of course, are Burn meals too).  

You can easily invent your own on the basis of Pure Protein plus a little Fibre Filled Veg and these will give you the basics for scores more too.  Just keep them simple and learn them off-by-heart so they become instant and instinctive.  You should be aiming to have a simple repertoire that you can call on easily.  And if you’re just doing, say, two a week you won’t need that many for Fast.

And remember, on Burn days you can bulk them out (or 'Volumize' to use the diet lingo) by adding more vegetables - of any kind you like.  The main recipe just remains the same.
