Yes please, I'm a big fan. Especially milk chocolate digestives. But here's the policy: leave them well alone on Fast and Burn days. Then enjoy them on Reload days. Just a couple of watch-outs:
- Don't eat them when you're hungry. Fill up on some protein or chomp on a chunk of high fibre veg if you actually need to fill up. The only reason to eat biscuits is because you like them.
- Don't eat them straight from the packet or the biscuit tin (or even the 'cookie barrel'). Put them on a plate and put the rest away. Decide how many you want to eat first. Three? Fine. But then don't eat four.
And as for the computer kind of cookie. Haven't got a clue. I don't use them.
